Greg has secured a meeting with the Chief Executive of Asda, Andy Clarke, next month to ask them to relent on their refusal to release a small amount of land and so cause the loss of a new cycleway through North Farm.
Greg joined Polly Taylor, who runs the Pickering Cancer Drop-in Centre in Tunbridge Wells, at the presentation of her British Empire Medal by the Lord Lieutenant of Kent, Viscount Lord de L'Isle.
The Pickering Centre was also awarded the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, one of only 3 charities
Tunbridge Wells has achieved fantastic success in the South & South East in Bloom competition this year winning Best in Kent award for a second year and a gold award for Best Large Town.
Tunbridge Wells Mosque invited Greg to launch its Open Day which will take place on Sunday 18 August.

Greg unveiled the second of six commemorative green plaques being erected by the Southborough Society this year to honour local historical figures.
This particular plaque commemorates Roger Webster who lived at "The Oast", Pennington Road, Southborough.
Greg had a go using a cash machine which speaks to visually impaired customers during a visit to the recently revamped Tunbridge Wells branch of Barclays in Calverley Road.
Blind or partially sighted people can plug their earphones into the ATMs to listen to the different options available.
As well as running two advice surgeries in Hawkhurst & Sandhurst, Greg visited Hawkhurst Community Hospital and The Walled Nursery.

Over 50 people attended a public meeting in Langton Green Village Hall, chaired by Greg, to discuss concerns about aircraft noise.
Greg commented:
