Greg took a tour round the Tunbridge Wells Hospital to thank staff for all their hard work during the Covid pandemic today.

Greg said: "It was humbling to hear about the difficult and unprecedented challenges that the hospital staff have faced over the last year – they have all done an incredible job. The hospital had to react quickly and creatively to the new and ever-changing situation. Staff from different disciplines came together to help those wards that faced the biggest pressures like intensive care.

“It was great to be able to thank those that I met on behalf of everyone in our local area. It is also really impressive that the hospital is back up and running normal services again.  The operating theatres are, for example, back working at full capacity.

“We are extremely lucky to have such a fantastic team looking after us.”
