Greg celebrates re-opening of Sherwood Lake

Greg joined representatives from Town & Country Housing Group, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Kent High Weald Partnership and Friends of Sherwood Lake to celebrate the reopening of the Sherwood Lake.

The long neglected lake just behind the TN2 Community Centre in Sherwood has been given a £100k makeover – turning it into a community beauty spot and wildlife haven.

Greg said:

"I would like to congratulate everyone that has worked so hard on this project. The lake has been transformed – it looks wonderful already and will get even better over the years as plants and wildlife become more established. It willcertainly be a great asset for the community."
